Passports. check.

Vaccinations. check.

There has been a lot more than coffee brewing around the shop the past few weeks as Nick and Daniel have been planning their trip to El Salvador. These guys take off on Saturday and have six very exciting, action packed days ahead of them! They will be visiting six different farms to learn about coffee processing/washing stations, meet farmers, pick cherries, cup coffee and begin to establish relationships with coffee producers in the region. 

Along with visiting farms, they will have the chance to meet the World Barista Champ of 2011, Alejandro Mendez and visit his very own cafe...Viva Espresso as well as check out the country's capital, San Salvador.  How awesome is that?

Make sure to wish them good luck and safe travels if you see them around the shop this week!
